Red Harbor Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ Ounces Red Harbor Rum
- ¾ Ounces Lime Juice
- ¾ Ounces Simple Syrup
- 3 -4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Garnish with a lime twist or wedge.

Pirates Take Manhattan
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ Ounces Red Harbor Rum
- ¾ Ounces Sweet Vermouth
- ¾ Ounces Allspice Dram
- 2 Dashes Spiced Bitters
Combine all ingredients into mixing glass with ice, stir vigorously, strain into coupe glass, and garnish with skewered brandied cherries.
